PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW STUDENTS (FIRST PAYMENT)

​

For new students, the first payment for lessons must be made through Zelle, so that our scheduling system can lock-in and reserve your lessons, time schedule, and lesson rate.

 

We will provide you with the information you need to make your payment through Zelle.

 

Making your first payment for lessons, through Zelle, is convenient, easy, and instantaneously guarantees/reserves your first-time paid lessons, time slot, and lesson rate.

 

Please note, once you have made your first-time payment for your first lessons, all future payments must be paid using the following payment methods below and must be sent out no later than the 1st of each month (Not sending out your monthly payment by the 1st of each month will result in the payment arriving late) and received no later than by the 15th of each month.

 

If your payment is received after the 15th of each month, your payment will be counted as a late payment and will result in a late fee equal to the payment for one of your lessons.

 

Late fees will continue to accrue with each of your lesson days that passes.

 

Only when your monthly payment for lessons has been paid for, along with all late fees, will your account be reinstated.

 

Your account balance will remain, and your account will not be reinstated until all late monthly payments, along with any late fees, have been paid for.

 

FUTURE PAYMENT METHODS AS A CURRENT STUDENT (AFTER FIRST TIME PAYMENT)

 

1. Send a Zelle Payment using the information that we have provided to you. (Can only be used for Students taking online classes)

2. Pay with Cash (Can only be used for Students taking in-studio or in-home classes)

 

In order to make your first-time payment for your lessons, simply contact us for the necessary information needed to send a payment through Zelle.

 

Then, please use the necessary information, that we have provided for you, to make your payment through Zelle.

 

Once you have made your first-time payment, our system will instantaneously guarantee/reserve your first-time paid lessons, time slot, and lesson rate.

 

You may then have lessons on the starting date/day/time you have scheduled.

NO REFUNDS. PLEASE NOTE: In the case of refunds, as stated on this page, and on our "Contract/Policy" page, we do not offer refunds and all transactions are final. Lesson payments and processing/convenience fees are non-refundable. Books, supplies, and instruments are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final. No exceptions, please. Be aware that refunds will not be given under any circumstances for payments of lessons, books, supplies, fees, instruments, recital tickets, or any other item or service. All payments to us are final. Please understand, that by making your first payment, you are fully locking in your time schedule, lesson rate, and fully agreeing to our contract, policy, rules, and regulations in their entirety.
